Today we have a short gratitude meditation, that will leave you feeling great, and help you bring about more things to be grateful for in your life. You can do this meditation any time of the day, but I particularly recommend it for first thing in the morning, either before you hop out of bed, or after you take a glass of water, and sit or lay back down. It just helps you get the day off to a great start, or what I call, a great energetic footprint for the day. It’s like throwing a beautiful stone into a silent pond, and watching the gentle ripples expand outwards.
