Okay, this is a meditation or exercise I use quite frequently, especially over recent days as I’m doing some pretty fun rewiring of my mind, and I’m going to have you do it at first, slightly different from how I’m doing it.
The goal of this meditation is to help you catch repeated thoughts before they start creating an endless loop in your mind. Ideally we get to learn how to drop all thoughts, but it’s the repeated offenders that get us the most. It’s said we have 60,000 thoughts a day, and that 90 some-odd percent of those are the same thoughts over and over again.
