This is a personal favorite of mine. It’s so simple, you can do it any time of the day, from a few seconds, to a few minutes, even 20 minutes or more.
I personally recommend it first thing in the morning, any time you’re not feeling great, and in the early evening hours as well. When I was seriously injured in the past, I’d use this meditation two to three times a day to rest the body, boost the immune system, and give the body the extra kick it needs to help me heal.
