Today we have a very gentle, healing, soothing, and recharging meditation.
It’s one I like to use if I’m not feeling well, sore, anxious when I wake up, or a bit exhausted. In fact, I used it this morning after a late night’s recording session. It helps recharge my body, makes me feel better all over, and I believe even helps boost my immune system.
That, and it’s super simple to do.
You can of course, do this meditation any time of the day, and I love it just after waking, or immediately before bed.

Okay, you can do this meditation sitting upright, but I recommend laying down for it if at all possible.
As always, I’ll have you begin with some gentle deep breaths, in and out through the nose.
